Client Services
Enrollment Operations Manager: This is a key management position that focuses on enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring client success through the development, execution and evaluation of enrollment management tactics and related tasks on behalf of designated clients. Qualified candidates should have relevant experience in college admissions operations, student recruitment, and/or other enrollment management functions. Special consideration will be given to users of Admissions Lab products or CRM-related applications used by colleges and universities.
Training and Documentation Specialist: This position works interactively with both Product Development and Client Services to develop training materials and related documentation. Qualified candidates should have excellent writing skills and experience working with training and documentation technologies such as wikis, video, screen capture, and web editing. Special consideration is given to users with experience in CRM-related products, video editing, and admissions/enrollment processes. This position is full-time/temporary with possibility of becoming permanent.
Product Development
Product Support Analyst/Engineer: This position is ideal for technology and/or enrollment management professionals who are interested in offering technical support to college and university clients using Admissions Lab tools and services. Qualified candidates should have significant experience with CRM technologies and functions, including reporting, data management, query building, and general troubleshooting. Special consideration is given to users experienced with Enrollment Manager or the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
Client Development
Client Development Associate: The Client Development Associate is an inside sales position responsible for generating revenue through sales of the company's flagship product, Enrollment Manager. This will be done by developing new college/university sales leads and managing movement of prospective college/university customers through a defined sales process. The Client Development Associate will initiate contact with prospective college/university customers primarily by phone and email, conduct regular product webinars, coordinate follow-up interaction with prospective customers, and log all sales activity through the Admissions Lab CRM system. Compensation includes a base salary and a significant incentive compensation package tied to annual sales goals.
